Procare LTC was formed in 2007 by former nationally owned long term care pharmacy management that realized the need to go back to more personalized customer service fundamentals of quality care. Procare LTC was founded on a basic premise- to provide the highest level of customer service while delivering the best economic value to the facilities and residents we serve. This is achieved through the use of highly qualified and trained staff at every level or our organization. Collectively we understand the importance of positive clinical outcomes combined with the greatest economic value available to the beneficiaries of our services. Tom Hyde

RPh, Founder, CEO

Tom Hyde founded Procare LTC in 2006. He received an Academic Scholarship from St Johns University where he completed his BS Pharmacy in 1996. Tom’s primary focus has been institutional pharmacy. Throughout his professional career he has held positions in consulting, customer service, technology and C-Suite management. His vast knowledge of the industry and its needs allows him to use his knowledge and experience in his position as Chief Executive Officer of Procare LTC Pharmacy. Tom Hyde’s commitment is to the residents and all stakeholders with an undaunted passion towards excellence to ensure all needs are met within all levels without exception. This has proven positive as illustrated by company growth.

Paul Meyeroff

President

Paul Meyeroff has been with Procare LTC as President since its beginnings in 2007. Previously he held executive positions within institutional pharmacy organizations for more than 35 years. Paul’s passion is bringing greater value to the residents, owners, operators and clinical staff of the many types of healthcare facilities within the Procare LTC host of clients. Value is achieved through a constant eye on the ever-changing reimbursement landscape as well as availability of newer technologies that continue to evolve within healthcare that bring greater economic and service efficiencies. The importance of proactively identifying customer needs enables Procare LTC to be in the forefront of care as the perfect fit for Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Adult homes, Group Homes, Drug Addiction Treatment as well as other residential facilities that benefit from an experienced organization designed with the customer in mind.

Paul Meyeroff graduated with a Bachelors of Science from St John University. He is currently a registered pharmacist in New York and Florida.

Mike Zandri

RPh

Mike Zandri, RPh Graduated Albany College of Pharmacy in 1984. Employed as a Pharmacist by Fay’s Drugs a regional Upstate, NY and PA chain of 272 pharmacies from 1980 as an intern until their sale in 1997 to Thrift Drugs and Eckerd, providing both retail and long-term care services. Mike continued his career with NCS with further industry consolidation ultimately working for Omnicare as a Regional Area Director.

In August 2018 Mike began a position as Vice President of Operations with Procare LTC Pharmacy. His experiences in the institutional pharmacy market has proven itself a great fit for Procare LTC in meeting the expectations of the customer that are in line with the Procare LTC’s core philosophy for providing best in class services to the facilities and residents we provide service to.
